Accessibility Statement
We want every visitor to be able to use this website. What we have done, what we know is still imperfect, and how to reach us if something is in your way.
1. Our commitment
Adferry Inc., a Delaware corporation, is committed to making this website accessible to people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or high-contrast settings, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
2. Standard we work to
We work towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice for ADA web accessibility and by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
3. What is in place
- A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page, visible on keyboard focus
- Visible focus indicators on all links, buttons and form fields
- Landmark structure (navigation, main content, footer) and a logical heading order
- Text colours that meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
- Form fields with programmatically associated labels and required-field marking
- No content that flashes; all motion respects the operating system's "reduce motion" setting
- Pages that reflow to a single column on small screens without horizontal scrolling, and text that can be resized to 200%
- Fonts served from our own domain, so the site renders without third-party dependencies
4. Known limitations
- Some diagrams are inline SVG with a text description; their small monospace labels may be hard to read at high magnification. The same information is always present in the surrounding text.
- The call-booking calendar on the Contact page is provided by a third party (Calendly) and its accessibility is governed by them; a direct email alternative is always offered next to it.
- Job applications are accepted through an embedded form; if it does not work with your assistive technology, send your application through our contact page and it will be handled the same way.
5. Feedback and contact
If you find something on this site that you cannot use, or you need information in another format, reach us through our contact page and mention "Accessibility". Please tell us the page and what happened. We aim to respond within five business days and to fix reported barriers as a priority.
6. Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division. We review this statement at least once a year.
